Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge. Rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session start time will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session start time will be charged in full.
