Terms & Conditions

1. Contract Formation

By booking a treatment, a binding contract is formed.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. Payments are processed via Wix Payments or Stripe.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellation

  • Rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations up to 48 hours before the appointment are free of charge.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours before the appointment incur a 50% fee.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours before the appointment are charged in full.

4. Liability

We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use of our services.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason, provided the service has not yet been performed.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (JustInVentures GmbH, Pfarrer-Brendel-Platz 5, 97274 Leinach, Germany, Email: hello@boosterlounge.com, Phone: +49 177 5201612) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or post).

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires early if the service has been fully provided and you expressly agreed before the service began that we may start performance and that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
